We want you to join our Dawgs family.
You are eligible to register with us Dawgs if you live in the following boroughs or townships:
- Alexandria, Bethlehem, Bloomsbury, Califon, Clinton, Franklin, Frenchtown, Glen Gardner, High Bridge, Holland, Kingwood, Lambertville, Lebanon, Milford, Tewksbury and Union
Scholarship Program
Pop Warner offers a scholarship program. This program is in place to make sure every child has an opportunity to participate regardless of their ability to pay the registration fee. 2012 Registration Process

Please note there are registration policy changes in 2012. Also the organization is also offering on-line registration -pls stay tuned.
If you are a NEW participant: THIS IS YOUR CHECK LIST
* you are expected to provide a wallet size (2″ x 2″) photo of your child
* you are expected to show the participant’s ORIGINAL birth certificate (we don’t keep the original)
* you are expected to provide a COPY of the participant’s birth certificate
* you are expected to provide a completed set of the REQUIRED FORMS noted below
* you are expected to provide completed forms in person on the in-person registration dates
* you are expected to provide (2) copies of the participants 2011/2012 final Report Card
* you are expected to provide payment at registration
IN_PERSON REGISTRATION DATES
* 7-March 2012 7pm – 9pm at the Alexandria Park Barn
* 10-March 2012 9am – 11am at the Alexandria Park Barn

Note:
Medical Forms and Report Cards can be provide any time before practice begins
Equipment will not be distributed to participants until ALL forms and paperwork are provided and determined to be complete. All participants are required to provided completed forms dated 2012; forms dated 2011 are not acceptable. The Medical Form and the Report Card copies are required before the first day of practice.
Payment
Two seperate checks are required 1) Registration fee and 2) Bond. Please make checks payable to the: “Del Val Dawgs”
Check One: Registration Fee
- Flag Football: $125
- Cheer and Tackle Football: $150
- Challenger: $50
- Family Maximum: $350
Check Two: Bond
- $150 per family
Additional Notes
- Registration checks will not be cashed before 1-June 2012. Registration refunds will be issued up to the first game. NO Refunds will be honored after the 1st regularly scheduled season game.
- Bond checks will not be cashed unless 1) equipment is not returned in its entirety and in satisfactory condition by 11/30/2012 or 2) parent work duty participation is not meet or 3) the participant does not engage in a mandatory fundraising (“canning”) activity. The bond does not cover the cost of the equipment. Lost, missing or otherwise non-returned equipment will be charges back to the parent or guardian. The cost of each tackle player’s equipment to the Dawgs organization is approximately $450.
- Parents are required to participate in a mandatory $100.00 Fund Raiser activity.
