2012 Registration

We want you to join our Dawgs family. Please stay tuned, 2012 registration updates will be communicated soon!

You are eligible to register with us Dawgs if you live in the follow boroughs or townships:

  • Lambertville, Frenchtown, Milford, Alexandria, Holland and Kingwood

The conference expanded (April 2011) to also include:

  • Califon, Clinton, Glen Gardner, High Bridge, Bethlehem, Franklin, Lebanon, Tewksbury and Union

Scholarship Program
Pop Warner offers a scholarship program. This program is in place to make sure every child has an opportunity to participate regardless of their ability to pay the registration fees. Families can qualify through the MVC program. Please email us at dvdawgs@gmail.com for more information. All communication 100% confidential.

2011 Registration

All Football and Cheerleading Squads
If you are a NEW Player and reside in the townships of Alexandria, Frenchtown, Holland, Kingwood, Milford  or Lambertville you will be required to complete the forms below and return them in person on the Registration Dates Feb 12, 26 or 28 20011.   A copy of a Birth Certificate for our files, along with an Original Birth Certificate to view will be required with the registration forms. If you are a Returning Player, you can register by mail. Please mail all required forms (3) and payments (2) to the following address:

All players are required to submit both sides of the completed 2011 POP WARNER Medical Form, dated in 2011.  Forms dated 2010 are not acceptable.  The Medical Form is required before the first day of practice, August 1, 2011. Also, all players are required to submit two (2) copies of their final 2010/2011 report card. Equipment will not be distributed to players with missing and/or incomplete forms.
All Paperwork is required by the first day of practice.

Submit checks separately: 1) Registration fee and 2) work bond.
Check One: Registration Fees

  • Flag Football and Cheer $125
  • Tackle Football: $150
  • Family Maximum: $350

Check Two: Work Bond

  • $100 per family

Please Note:
No checks will be cashed prior to June 1st, 2011.
Refunds will be issued up to the first game. NO  Refunds after the 1st game.
A mandatory $100.00 Fund Raiser will be required.
