We Update You
This year [2012] we’ll continue to use the notification system: “simplified alerts”. This system will be used to notify participants (via txt messages) of upcoming events or last minute scheduling changes.
If you’re already a member (ie signed up last year) -nothing to do. If you are a new member you must register if you wish to be notified of scheduling changes.
Its FREE. To utilize this service, you must become a member by registering at:

Registration requires you to provide your valid email address and a unique password (known only to you). You can create any password, it does not need to be your email password (if fact, its best to create an entirely new password for this account). Once created, you can login anytime and modify your “simplified alerts” account information.
While registering, you’ll see: “Which Alerts would you like to be notified for”? Please leave these lists blank, we may use these lists in the future to uniquely identify certain events or groups.
